WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE ASSESSMENT?

Integrative Assessment is a different way to approach psychological and psychoeducational testing. As a parent of a child who is struggling in school, or as an adult client searching for answers, you may have felt the frustration of receiving conflicting information and advice from therapists and doctors.

Dr. Katherine Bellon started Denver Integrative Assessment to provide a holistic approach to educational and psychological testing, where the client is viewed as a whole person rather than a series of discrete symptoms.

The evaluation process follows a collaborative and therapeutic model, such that the client and client’s family work together with the evaluator throughout the evaluation. Different types of data from a variety of sources are integrated into the analysis in order to form a more complete and accurate understanding of the client’s cognitive, academic, emotional and behavioral functioning.
